Idempotently releases an authenticated customer's combined scan only after every body area selected with the face request has a saved analysis. Until then the family is absent from scan history and its analysis read returns 409. A successful release settles payment once and makes the family available. Face costs one skin scan credit; all selected body areas together cost one additional credit, for two total. Credits cover face first. With one credit, the wallet pays the configured body price; with none, it pays the configured face price plus body price. Applicable subscriber discounts apply to each price, independently of the number of selected body areas. Completion notifications and routine generation are checkpointed separately; failed delivery steps retry on subsequent finalize requests or the scheduled retry worker without another charge. A failed body request should be retried with the same face batch.
