Returns the customer's contact details, a signed link to the report PDF, the
storefront checkout link, and the recommended routine, so an integration can
deliver a result over WhatsApp, SMS or anything else.

Requires a vendor API key with the scan:delivery scope. That scope is
separate from skin:read on purpose: reading a scan is not the same grant as
reaching the person behind it, and this returns personal data.

Available to vendor API keys only. Keys that authenticate as staff, including
the one the storefront widget uses, are refused.

The products and links are built from the same source as the result email, so a
message sent from this payload quotes the same routine the email would.
