Get skin analysis history

Get paginated list of the user's skin analysis history, one record per scan batch. analysis_data.skin_concerns is the union of concern labels across all images in the batch (deduplicated, case-insensitive), so the full concern list is returned even though it is stored on a single image.

When set to progress, returns only scans that passed identity verification against the user's confirmed face baseline. Use this for trend charts and baseline math on the Progress screen so non-owner scans (e.g. from a borrowed phone) do not pollute the timeline. Omit for the default behavior (all scans).
