Get paginated list of the user's skin analysis history, one record per scan batch. analysis_data.skin_concerns is the union of concern labels across all images in the batch (deduplicated, case-insensitive), so the full concern list is returned even though it is stored on a single image.

analysis_data.general_skin_health is an integer, rounded once here so two screens cannot disagree about the same scan, and is null - present, not absent - when nothing could be graded. analysis_data.general_skin_health_grade carries its band (SkinHealthGrade), also null when there is no score. Render "not assessed" for a null score; never fall back to 0, which reads as a real score of zero and bands as the worst grade.
