Public, paginated website reviews, ordered by publication time descending, then ID descending.
New website submissions appear immediately. Reviews hidden in Admin → Reviews and all mobile/widget reviews are excluded. Team replies are written by super
admins; visitors cannot post replies. Name, comment, and reply are plain text; render as text,
never HTML. Emails, account IDs, vendor IDs, and context IDs are never returned.
No authentication, cookies, or CSRF token required. Limited to 60 reads per minute per caller,
independently of submission attempts. An empty list is a successful 200 response.
The summary aggregates all public website reviews independently of pagination.
Average rating is the weighted mean out of 5, rounded to two decimals. CSAT is the
percentage rating 4 or 5 stars, rounded to one decimal, with satisfied_reviews as
its numerator and total_reviews as its denominator. All five star-count buckets
are always returned. With no public reviews, counts are zero and average/CSAT are null.
